Contracted with Morse Best Innovation to Produce 40 Flash Demonstrations for Microsoft's IWAG Group. Working with Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, a storyboard, and a list of click steps, I converted VPN screenshots from various MS products into precise Flash demonstrations.

Created a network of multimedia engineers, designers, developers, audio/video engineers, photographers, writers, and project managers to assist me in all phases of corporate marketing, branding, and visual communications. Earned and maintained several high-end clients. Clients include: Better Bike Parts/ Ghost Brackets: With two other partners we built from scratch a full e-commerce site, with custom back end, featuring several hundred products available for purchase online at the mother store www.betterbikeparts.com and sister company www.ghostbrackets.com Work includes custom logo, product photography, model photography, installation videos, custom writing, and print production. Ghost Brackets print ads seen in Easy Rider, and several B2B Motorcycle Dealer/ Sales magazines.

Other Pixel Craft clients include: Daniel Gordy and Associates Law firm: designed logo, and collateral print package. Endurance Yachts: Designed Logo for yacht builder. Evil Tea: Created Logo for globally sold Tea Company. Wicked Stitch: Named clothing brand, Designed logo. Discount Screens: Created web site, National Ski Patrol: Created 30-minute presentation/ slide show

2003-2005, Webmaster, Cerro Torre USA: Built from scratch, full corporate web site for back pack/ outdoor gear company. www.cerrotorreusa.com Featured on the Internet's most popular outdoor gear sales engine, Altrec.com. Signed annual web-maintenance retainer contract with CTUSA at industry rates. Work includes: Product photography, in the field, and in the studio, custom writing, product testing and evaluations. Recently named as their “Rescue and Recreational Sales Representative for the Pacific North West”.

Specialized in concept development, custom graphic design, and final output for high end, large format, printing/design firm. Duties included: Client management, design and layout consultation for tradeshow booths, vehicle/marine/aeronautical graphics, billboards, banners, and signs. Technical responsibilities included: Network administration, archival, file conversions, and FTP. 1998-2000 Partner/Co-Founder, Supreme Finishes
Licensed, Bonded and Insured commercial painting company. Specialized in interior/exterior painting and millwork. Was responsible for developing new business, designed all marketing and advertising materials, including brochures, postcards, and flyers. Other duties included bookkeeping, employee management/scheduling, payroll, and job execution.

1994-Present, Patrol Manager, Summit Central/ East, Booth Creek Ski Resorts.
Provide direction and support to both Professional and Volunteer Ski Patrols for two seperate ski resorts. Insure mountain safety protocols and provide supervision in the following areas: Emergency management, first responder on-scene aid, first aid room management, incident investigations, search and rescue missions, mountain maintenance/ hazard mitigation, snow stability testing, avalanche forecasting, Avalanche control work, explosives handling, transportation and record keeping, communications, and transportation. Other duties include scheduling, training, and keeping a balanced budget.
